*DELAND,FL February 26th
The Black Child Book Fair joins the Black Homeschoolers conference in Deland, FL   The parents of the children being home schooled need new material with books that have faces that look like their children and we  have them. Deland is 40 minutes from Orlando and 20 minutes from Daytona Beach.

"Books for Black children are hard to find" is a common statement in our society.  Black children need to see faces that look like theirs and stories about people that look like them written by people that look like them. The Black Child Book Fair Tour will provide positive and quality literature for our children.
